Dubai Culture
The Dubai Culture and Arts Authority (Dubai Culture) was established in 2008 by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, UAE Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, to spearhead and support the development and accelerated growth of the cultural industry in Dubai and position it as the nerve centre that shapes art and culture across the region.
