Manage a team of researchers (6 people);

Formulate goals for the direction of CJM, set tasks and monitor their implementation on time;

Supervise various projects in the CJM direction;

Organize and lead cross-functional working groups based on the results of the research;

Job Requirements
Higher education

Management experience in the field of customer experience or customer service from 2 years;

Knowledge of CJM research methods;

Ability to present research materials in the format of presentations and the ability to speak in front of a large audience;
