Job Information:
Providing technical support to customers using remote services,
Providing customers with comprehensive information about banking services,
Attracting and serving clients through remote communication channels,
Identification of customer problems and presentation of proposals for their solution,
Implementation of sales through remote communication channels,
Job Requirements:
Providing indicators for incoming calls,
Implementation of other work regarding the Contact Center.
Higher education (higher education students will also be considered),
Relevant experience will be considered an advantage
Negotiation and problem solving skills,
Punctuality and a sense of responsibility
