Taking full and broad responsibility for the relationship system with the company’s existing customers, which includes, among other things,

on-boarding, assimilation of the system at the customer,

training on the system, encouraging the use of the system’s features, lowering the percentage of abandonment,

maintaining a high level of service and responding to all customer needs.

Job Experience:
To be a direct contact of the company’s customers for any need they may have
Complete training of the system for new customers
Construction of new profiles
Proactive approach to existing customers in order to encourage them to use the features of the platform
Implementation of new features for existing customers
Basic technical support of the system
