Job Responsibilities:
– Annual Budgeting.
– Business partner management.
– Liaise on supply of orders
– Follow up on payments and shipment.
– Ensure regional and provincial development. (Increase the depth and width of the distribution)
– Competition Monitoring and reporting.
– SKU Matrix planning and implementation.
– Channel Relationship development.
– Identify business potential on regular basis.
– Pricing structure maintenance.
– Recommend price changes, if required to the Area head.
– Pricing discussions between Business Partner and Area head in Dubai.
– Business plan creation and implementation.
– Inventory management in the channel.
– Align Product Strategy with Dubai PM.
– Local Promotional Planning.
– Merchandiser management.
– Implement appropriate Visual Merchandising at the shopfront, regular maintenance.
– Initiate training to the market front line, whenever required.
– Local Vendor & Supplier Management.
– POP Management (External & Internal).
– PR release monitoring and recommendations.
– To be the interface with the Local advertising agency.
– Digital Marketing Implementation. (Social Media, Web communication).
– Assist in giving creative guidance on ATL/BTL approach ensuring conformity with brand guidelines.
– Local adaptation of ATL and BTL material created.
– Local BTL production.
– Coordinate with HQ for production and maintenance of web portal – localized Business Partner.
– Event planning organization and execution.
– Local implementation of Instore displays / new showrooms / renovations.
– Day to day shopfront maintenance with POP.
– Constant evaluation of store through specialized technique.
– Product Training.
– Reporting function for brand store sell through.
– Brand Ambassador management.
– Shop-front promoter management.

Job Requirements:
– Consumer electronics field sales experience in the West African region.
– Gender: Male preferred (travel will be involved).
– Age: Below 38 years.
