A Marketing Technologist is an expert and bridge between IT and marketing! A technologically savvy professional with a deep understanding of digital business programs, to enable our brands to successfully execute, CRM, DTC, Search and Media performance marketing programs.

As a Marketing Technologist, you are equally adept at marketing and technology to help organizations with the tools of modern marketing needed to engage today''s digitally savvy and always on consumers. You are the change agent working within IT and across the company to create a competitive advantage. You will be at the center of consumer data strategy, acquisition, management, privacy, security, activation, and insights.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with Marketing and Sales to drive and deliver consumer-centric data strategy, via providing digital consultancy when evaluating new business initiatives and ideas - inform, educate, and participate in business case evaluation/investment decisions. This involves engaging seamlessly across the marketing and media organizations typically at the brand manager and associate brand director level.
Work on understanding and converting digital business requirements into effective solutions or process definitions. You will find opportunities with the potential for enterprise scale, pilot new digital technologies ensuring the right set of architectural choices leading to data integration, activation/execution, sufficiency, and enrichment.
Transform consumer data into strategic corporate asset to build lifetime 1 to 1 consumer relationship, and transform how consumers engage with P&G brands.
Deliver insights from data sets in digital, media, and eCommerce, executing hands-on-keyboard for digital media, activating digital media brand building platforms to meet the needs of the business (digital presence, social, CRM, DTC, programmatic, etc.), leading and managing new innovation spaces in marketing technology to meet emerging needs in a business, and translating business requirements to systems requirements which also adhere to IT policies and security/privacy mandates.
Bachelor''s/Master''s degree in Computer, Communication, Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business Informatics, or any other related field.
2+ years experience in Digital Marketing, Media business and/or eCommerce domains:
Experience in social media such as Facebook, Twitter, Search (SEM, SEO, Analytics)
Strong experience in Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, and Google Ads
Ability to manage digital technology projects independently.
Ability to build strong networks within the business, agency partners, and own IT organization.
Team oriented, open to new ideas; shares own knowledge.
English fluency, Arabic is a plus

As a plus:


Experience working and analyzing a Direct to Consumer Selling business, understanding the Life Time Value (LTV) of a consumer, along with understanding DTC platforms such as Salesforce and BigCommerce
Experience with (CRM) to win the shopper path, purchase and use data to deliver precision marketing optimizing consumer engagement and LTV
Experience on Web/Mobile Digital Presence & Traffic Generation, Social Insights and Analytics, and Content Management
