You will join our Graduate Development program which will provide you with a path towards Technical Sales excellence, while working for a company that’s leading the way for innovation. The program offers extensive networking, mentoring and coaching opportunities, and its structured learning approach includes role rotations as well as classroom-based and hands on training during which you’ll learn about Ciena’s solutions and how our organisations work together to exceed the needs of our customers.
After your development programs ends you will join our Sales team full time and support the sales process from opportunity identification through to ensuring our Ciena teams exceed our customers expectations. This dynamic role involves working very closely with our customers and all our sales support functions to build long term successful relationships with our customers.
We are looking for motivated person to learn, adapt and adopt the sales culture of the company. Passionate about developing relations with customer and desire to win and grow. Graduate from business schools, MBA, bachelor or equivalent in engineering, electrical engineering, IT/Telecom.
