Based in the heart of Dubai, our client is synonymous with the growth and development of Dubai and has been instrumental in developing and managing new infrastructure frameworks. The individual is highly respected and networked, managing a large remit and sits on several pivotal Boards, liaising with the upper echelons of government. The scope and workload are high, with the EA providing strategic and operational support rather than purely transactional EA responses. This is certainly not a traditional 9-5pm role and thus we are seeking a highly professional and career driven EA who wants to support at the highest level. The role encompasses a broad spectrum of responsibility and at the heart of it is the ability to manage highly valuable projects. The EA is responsible for managing detailed and complex presentations, working alongside the VA’s and be able to produce comprehensive reporting, in depth content and provide full project overview to the EVP. This includes, managing and monitoring the budgets, timelines, actions points and managing extremely important stakeholder engagement, at government level. The EA is the conduit between the Directors and project teams through to the EVP and will attend meetings with her and ensure accurate minute taking and subsequent action points are delegated effectively.

Effective management of many inboxes is required, coupled with significant diary management that changes on an hourly basis. Prioritization and organisational skills are paramount, and candidates will need to be aware of the cultural sensitivities surrounding stakeholders. It is imperative that those applying for this role have at least seven years’ experience in UAE and have dealt with senior government and C-Suite entities previously. Excellent English language skills are vital, Advanced PowerPoint skills a must and excellent research and project management ability must be demonstrated. The EA will be a proactive individual, able to act instinctively and intelligently and have a quiet self confidence and resilience.
