To lead the implementation of the brand strategy and to propose and execute accordingly the best action plans, in line with the overall Bel ME strategy.

To deliver the brand targets for the current and future years in volume, turnover, product margins and market shares in line with the region’s ambition and strategic plan, whilst respecting the agreed A&P budget


Develop and deliver brand strategies in conjunction with the Marketing Manager
Build and size the yearly marketing plan and oversee the execution
Constantly monitor brand results vs objectives, drive post-implementation analysis of marketing initiatives, and propose improvements on all dimensions of mix
In partnership with Trade Marketing, ensure the sales strategy is in line with the brand strategy
Control, identify and recommend P&L improvements
Manage the brand A&P budget aligned with defined priorities
Category and consumer understanding

Monitor monthly brand performance using retail audit
Monitor and analyze category, consumer, and brand health data and derive recommendations and action plan
Define and drive needed consumer studies together with S&I team
Communication & campaigns execution

Manage & challenge our communication and media partners agencies
Lead creative development and production of the communication content for defined touchpoints
Lead the media strategy and implementation, and monitor Media ROI
Ensure operational excellence internally (Trade Marketing, Sales) and externally (communication and media partners)
Portfolio & innovations

Recommend brand innovation pipeline and lead innovations from project to launch in-stores
Recommend the renovation projects and drive the projects in collaboration with factories

University degree in marketing or comparable is needed, Master or any other further qualification in marketing is appreciated.

+ 3/4 years of experience in marketing, including a relevant Multinational FMCG

Bilingual in Arabic Mandatory and English languages, French is a plus | Trade Marketing or Sales experience is a plus

A team player with strong interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively with a wide range of people in a diverse community

Ability to engage and federate internal (supply chain, finance, sales…) and external (agencies…) stakeholders

Ability to work in a fast-changing environment.

Trade / Retail oriented.

Able to analyze data and reports quickly and effectively.

Ability to drive a business agenda.
