Overview of the role
We are looking for a UAE National citizen with fluent English speaking skills and has the experience in administration, customer service and coordination.
This is a full time permanent role with Al Futtaim Global Aftersales in Dubai. It will work 5 days a week with 2 days off. Working hours are from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
What you will do
As part of our Administration team, your key responsibilities are as follows:
Preparing Purchase requisitions and Purchase orders
Support businesses for their passport release and visa & OHC renewal and government businesses requirements such as trade license renewal, lease agreement and company vehicle, translation.
Greeting visitors and maintaining the office room bookings
Monitor and arrange office stationaries.
Sourcing and negotiating with the vendors.
Assisting the Department for all projects assigned such as events & conference and special projects.
Required skills to be successful
Good communication skills as the job requires a lot of coordination
Valid UAE Driving license as the role requires visiting different sites
Administration or back office experience
Good knowledge in MS Office especially MS Excel
Flexible to work in Ramoul and Dubai Investment Park (DIP)
About the team
Reporting to the Executive Assistant, you will be working alongside with other highly motivated and efficient Admin Executives. You will be working in a busy office environment wherein you will be dealing directly with different Stakeholders, Line Managers and associates across the organization.
