The E-Commerce Executive assists in growing the e-commerce business by continuously optimizing the online user experience and catalogue discovery in order to increase conversions and grow sales revenues. He/She will report directly to the Regional E-Commerce Manager.


Merchandising & Content

Effectively manage the product catalogue by ensuring all information is available in the CMS on time.
Define content needs for website pages as per Yearly Calendar and markets needs
Collaborate with the markets, local Marketing teams, and HQ teams to ensure that Merchandising calendar and homepage refreshes are briefed and followed accordingly
Ensure cross-functional alignment & collaboration (CRM, MarCom, Commercial) for all animations and definition of a customer journey for scheduled activations
Develop merchandising plans based on customer insights, brand strategy, e-commerce goals, and initiatives to achieve substantial uplifts in revenue, site conversion, and average order size
Improve user experience, and enhance product discovery through sorting rules, search optimization, and dynamic merchandising.
Identification, raising, and follow-up of bugs

Reporting & Analysis

Produce weekly/monthly reports to monitor eCommerce KPIs and work towards continuously improving them
Measure analyze, and optimise product, product list, and content performance to drive Add to basket & Conversion rate
Strive to understand the customer experience of the website using the tools available and make suggestions for improvement where applicable.

Required experience:
Minimum 2-3 years in an e-Merchandising role
Hands-on experience in a major eCommerce platform like Salesforce Commerce Cloud
Previous experience working with an HQ Structure
A strong understanding of current technologies and standards and how the digital ecosystem is evolving
Working knowledge of data analysis and performance metrics and experience with Google Analytics
Skills / abilities:
High attention to detail with the ability to work independently to troubleshoot and resolve technical and business problems
Excellent organizational skills and decision making
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Highly organized, proactive, resourceful, and motivated - with a positive attitude
Strong appeal for the digital sector, marketing, and luxury industry
Proficiency in English; Arabic
