You take over the organization and development of individual transport solutions in the field of sea freight

They constantly create offers, calculate prices and also participate in conceptual tenders

They process daily inquiries, deal with complaints and provide information about the shipment status

You look after and advise existing customers and win new customers

You are in constant contact with our global branches, shipping agencies, freighters and rail operators

Job Requirements:
Completed forwarding or commercial training

Experience in sea freight desirable, ideally in the area of customer service

Very good knowledge of English

Good MS Office knowledge

You are a communication talent

You work in a solution-oriented, independent and precise manner
