Job Information:
Closing of liquidations by daily sales routes of the assigned Agency
Guarantee the invoicing of all purchase orders, with their respective documents (electronic invoice, delivery note and purchase orders).
Digitization and organization of invoices settled daily
Timely selection of credit invoices to issue account statements, in the times defined by the company. within the first 8 days of the following month.
Validation and monitoring of collection of the portfolio of counted clients, with issues of payments and voids.
Attention to internal customers (sales, logistics and accounts receivable).
Job Experience:
Management of Microsoft Office (intermediate level)
Document Archiving Experience (digital)
Billing Experience (Mass Consumption Company)
Availability of mobility to perform the functions in the agency that is required.
