Job Description:
Ensures that customers benefit from the requested service on time and of high quality in accordance with the Bank’s rules and procedures and maintains the confidentiality of information;

Stays informed about the range of products, packages and services offered by the Bank and adapts them according to the needs of customers;

Acts with honesty, objectivity and care in the performance of assigned duties and responsibilities in compliance with the bank’s policies and directives;

Job Requirements:
Is responsible for the administration and processing of cash in the personal cash register, including opening, closing according to the Cash Register Manual, and ensures that the individual objectives related to sales and customer service are met;
Ensures that all transactions entered into the system match the relevant supporting documentation.
Excellent communication and team interaction skills;
Ability to quickly adapt to changes;
Previous experience in sales and cash handling may be an advantage, but not a condition for selection;
A university degree is not a requirement for this position;
