Job Responsibilities:
Answer, record, and process all guest calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns.

Coordinate with the Housekeeping Department in order to follow up so that the rooms are in perfect condition when guests enter.

Communicate procedures for parking lot use to guests and visitors and dispatch bellmen or service personnel as needed.

Prepare daily reports (number of arrivals and departures), identify special requests and review reports for accuracy.

Complete designated cashier reports and closing reports in the computer system.

Job Requirements:
Comply with all company safety and security policies and procedures and report accidents, injuries and unsafe working conditions to manager.

Comply with all company policies and procedures, ensure uniform and personal appearance are neat and professional,

maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets.

Greet and acknowledge all guests in accordance with company standards
