Establish the Quality Governance process at Otis UAE through establishment of adequate policy, controls, collaboration, and communication channels across service, FOD, sales, and back office functions. Develop and implement relevant Quality frameworks across the business verticals.
Drive assessment of quality issues, root cause analyses, recommended insights, and improvement plans. Instill quality culture across the business.
Proactively identify opportunities in operations, quality improvement, customer experience, workforce, and reporting.
Establish and oversee a mechanism of understand and assess skills of the field personnel.
Oversee gathering and understanding of training needs for field and put together and maintain a rolling training plan.
Develop training materials for all required training modules for areas where no materials are available. Ensure utilization of existing resources for training and Train the Trainer.
Study and satisfy requirements necessary for achieving and maintaining ISO 9000, ISO 14000, and other certifications.
