Job Description:
International customer service: International wholesale channel Customer Service.
Entry of orders in the system
Follow-up of the orders until their delivery ai as incident resolution.
Wholesale customer billing and services.
Stock management and replenishment of store orders. Store inventory control.
Purchase entries (import) in the company RP
Introduce the new products (Create Master Item) of the new collections in the system.
Requirements:
Export company PR information to Excel and work with it (with pivot tables, formulations, etc.) to draw conclusions, rates, deliveries, KPI’s.
Making presentations with Power Point for commercials.
Previous experience of at least two years as Customer Service/back Office with a good command of Excel.
Languages English first (mandatory),
