Control and issue invoices in internal systems;
Control inputs in the area;
Perform the relationship and control of supplier contracts;
Analyze consumption accounts, validate and submit for approval by the responsible area;
Issue invoices, bills and collections;
Prepare and maintain updated control spreadsheets and include documents in the processes in their respective systems;
Job Criteria
Graduation in Business Administration;
Genuine interest in administrative activities;
Full knowledge in the Office Package, especially Excel.
