Task Description

Main responsabilities include :

Promoting and selling BICS as main international transit carrier around the world in order to maintain and increase BICS’ leading position in the voice market. (5%)
Managing the overall relationship with existing customers, optimizing the profitability on both selling and buying activities. Swap deals, daily monitoring of customer traffic, win-back actions, promotions, credit risk and exposure management and all related selling and buying activities. (40%)
Developing the business through new valuable interconnections which are key to the regional growth and aligned to the overall strategy (10%)
Working closely with routing/market managers in order to ensure: a competitive cost base for BICS for the destinations traded at the best quality required and the best possible selling margin for the account and BICS (20%)
Cooperating with the team member in reaching the set regional objectives and making sure the daily activities are aligned with the overall strategy (10%)
Coordinating all issues in the domain of financial (billing, collection, disputes resolution), technical (dimensioning and configuration of the physical interconnection), legal (contracts) and administrative issues towards his/her assigned customers portfolio (15%)
Your Profile

You have a university degree preferably in business, marketing and/or engineering.
You have at least 2 years of experience in wholesales telecommunications business
You have proven sales, negotiation & communication skills.
You have an entrepreneurial and independant attitude able to adapt to the context.
You are a team player and able to manage large portfolio of customers.
You have an analytical mind and are customer oriented.
